FREE SHIPPING

We are proud to offer free shipping on orders over $150.00 (NZD)! This applies to most orders across New Zealand. Please note that freight charges for larger items, dangerous goods, and deliveries to some rural locations are excluded.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS

If North Coast Ltd has accepted your order and payment has been authorised and processed, the merchandise purchased will be promptly delivered to you.

We aim to dispatch orders received before 11am NZST during regular business hours on the same or next day. Orders received after 11am NZST, or on weekends or public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day. During busy sale periods, there may be delays in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Coast Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for undelivered merchandise. Similarly, we accept no responsibility for merchandise returned to our warehouse or for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Title to the merchandise and the risk of loss or damage to the merchandise passes to you upon receiving delivery of the merchandise from the postal or courier service used by North Coast Ltd.
